REGISTRATION FEES

(*) Congress participants are entitled to reduced registration fees if they can duly prove their status as doctoral or master's degree students (by sending a copy of the registration fee for the 2023-24 academic year together with proof of payment of the registration fee for the congress).

(**) CICCP pre-registration members or CICCP members participating in the congress who can duly prove that they are unemployed or retired are entitled to a reduced registration fee..
(***) The streaming registration fee gives access to the programme session on Ibero-American Public Works Heritage.

(****) Registration for the Cuenca Pre-Congress Day includes only the attendance to the activities and transfers of the programme on 26 September.

(*****) Gala dinner with awards ceremony and closing ceremony to be held on September 28 in Toledo is valued at 66.00 Euros and entails the payment of a supplement of 30.00 Euros.

The gala dinner with awards ceremony and closing plus preferential entry to the Show "El sueño de Toledo" in Puy du Fou valued both at 104.00 Euros carries a supplement payment: 50.00 Euros.

• Gala dinner and closing ceremony to be held on 28 September in Toledo. 

MADRID – 29 September

• Access to the session.
• Transfer from Toledo to Madrid.
• Visit to CEHOPU exhibition.
• Closing cocktail.

COMPANIONS

The registration fee for accompanying persons includes: 

• Programme of guided tours on the morning of 26 September (Cuenca), 27 and 28 September (Toledo) and 29 September (Madrid).
• Lunch with congress participants on 26 September in Cuenca.
• Independent meals 27 & 28 September in Toledo.
• Welcome cocktail on 27 September.
• Gala dinner and closing ceremony on 28 September in Toledo.
• Closing cocktail of the Congress on 29 September Madrid
• Heritage visit between Cuenca and Toledo on the afternoon of 26 September.
• All transfers foreseen by the Congress.

The prices for the companion program are:

• 180.00 Euros for the accompanying program without gala dinner and closing ceremony on September 28 in Toledo.
• 210.00 Euros with a supplement for a gala dinner with awards ceremony and closing ceremony at Puy du Fou Spain.
• 230.00 Euros with a supplement Gala dinner with awards ceremony and closing ceremony at Puy du Fou Spain + show.

PUY DU FOU SHOW

The Congress gala dinner will be held on Thursday, September 28 at Puy du Fou with a subsidized price of 30.00 Euros. In addition, they will have the possibility of enjoying the show "El Sueño de Toledo" with an additional supplement of 20.00 Euros (total price of dinner + show: 50.00 Euros).

RULES FOR THE REGISTRATION OF CONGRESS PARTICIPANTS

To register for the Congress, please fill in the online form on this website. Once completed, you will receive an e-mail with the pre-registration confirmation. Please note that registration will be confirmed upon receipt of payment. You can do it by credit card or bank transfer, indicating in the concept CONGRESO PATRIMONIO + the name and surname of the person registered.

The deadline for processing registrations is Tuesday, 30 May.

PAYMENT METHODS

Payment of registration fees can be made by:

1. Credit card via the registration form.
2. Bank transfer: it is essential that you send us a copy of the transfer by email to congresopatrimonio@ciccp.es indicating in the concept CONGRESO PATRIMONIO + the name and surname of the person registered. Once we have verified the payment on our bank statement, you will be notified of the confirmation of registration to the email address you have provided on the form.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATIONS

All cancellations must be notified in writing to the Technical Secretariat by e-mail (congresopatrimonio@ciccp.es) and its receipt confirmed.

• By 31 July 2023: 10% cancellation fee
• As from 1 August 2023: 100% cancellation fee

The organisers cannot be held responsible for the possible cancellation or change of date of the event due to force majeure, beyond the organiser's control. In such cases, the amount paid will not be refunded.
